II. Data Collection on Our Website

1. Hosting & Server Log Files

Our website is hosted by Pointer (Pointer.gr). The host automatically collects and stores information in "server log files" (IP address, browser type, referrer URL, time of request). This is technically necessary for the security and stability of the website (Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR).


2. SSL/TLS Encryption

For security reasons, this site uses SSL/TLS encryption. Data you transmit via our forms is encrypted and cannot be read by third parties.


3. Data Collection via Forms

We utilize two types of forms on our website:


Data collected: Name, email address, phone number, and project-specific details.

Legal Basis: Processing is necessary for pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).


4. Temporary Storage and Email Transmission

When you submit a form, your data is transmitted to our web server using encryption.

  • Email Delivery: The data is forwarded to us as an email.
  • Database Backup: To ensure no inquiry is lost due to potential server-side email failures, the data is temporarily stored in the web server's database.
  • Deletion: As soon as we have successfully received the request via email, the database entry is deleted (usually within 24 hours).


5. Disclosure of Data to Third Parties

We do not transfer your personal data to third parties for purposes other than those listed below. We only share your data if:

  • you have given explicit consent (Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR),
  • it is necessary for the performance of a contract with you (Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR),
