Cancellation Policy

Our Website Maintenance and Support Plans are billed monthly for your convenience and are designed to run over a period of 12 consecutive months.
You may cancel within the first 14 days for a full refund of the plan fee. After this 14-day period, you may change or cancel your subscription at any time; however, cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing month.
Please note that fees for the active billing month are non-refundable.
